It seems that they sell each section inside of the book separately, with $37.50 per piece. Good idea. Because I AM more interested in some specific sections than others, such as:

Mangahigh: online free math games for middle school and high school. Teachers can register for free and then upload their students roster. It includes both class challenges and games. For class challenges, it allows you to search by grade level and subject area.

Sumdog: games for grade K-8, for math fact fluency.
